Effective April 28, 2018:
- Zeta Pi Omega may not function as an organization, including reserving space, recruiting members, hosting any events, applying for any funding, using any Illinois Tech property or facility, using the Illinois Tech name, or operating on any facility on or off campus in relation to Illinois Tech.
- Zeta Pi Omega will no longer be recognized by Greek Council, and will be removed from any listing of student organizations.
- Zeta Pi Omega must vacate the MSV Chapter Room by April 27, 2018.
If/When Zeta Pi Omega may desire to return to campus, it is expected that the appropriate representative(s) of Zeta Pi Omega work with Illinois Tech to be reinstated per the written policies that are valid at the time of reinstatement. At the very least, the New Student Organization Process (with Campus Life) and the Sorority Expansion Process (with Residence and Greek Life) will be part of the process.
Zeta Pi Omega
Zeta Pi Omega (Zippo) was a local sorority founded at Illinois Tech on October 18, 1996 after the Phi Xi chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon closed in 1995.
